How does it work?
For our services we charge a fee of 20% plus gst of the property's gross rent. This fee includes:

Property listing and marketing

Seven days a week guest reservation management and guest support

Professional cleaning service (charged to the guest).

House inspections before and after guests have stayed

A local based property manager on call for any issues that might arise during guests' stay.

Owner support during office hours

Monthly owner statements and payouts

Linen and towel hire - charged at a set rate per guest

Guest consumables - shampoo, soaps plus pantry items such as coffee, tea, sugar, dishwashing-liquid, toilet paper- charged at a set rate per guest

Guest consumables - Council rubbish bags and milk - charged at a set rate per stay

Additional Guest Consumables: dish-washing powder, laundry powder, firewood, gas bottles for BBQ's - charged per item
