We're locally owned by hospitality professionals with skin in the game. We started with our own AirBnB and now manage properties as far away as Raglan.
We run a full management service that takes care of every detail: from setting everything up for guests, listing your property, managing those listings, setting and updating pricing strategies and property rates, linen hire, purchasing of consumables, full guest and reservation management, professional cleaning, guest change-overs and management of property maintenace.

366 days a year guest support
Response time on AirBnb is critical to your property's ranking in its search algorithm. We are available every day of the year - even on leap years! If any issues arise while a guest is staying at the property we'll be able to deal with it quickly and effectively.
Marketing
Marketing is huge in the field of short term rentals. From professional photos to descriptions that pull in guests to pricing strategies and social media marketing we ensure that your place gets the best possible exposure.

Ready to get started?
We furnish our properties with carefully selected linen, hand towels, bath towels, face cloths, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, body wash, toilet paper, dish towels, tea/coffee, milk, oil, salt and pepper, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder, laundry powder as well as council rubbish bags and recycling bins. We also provide a small welcome gift for every reservation.
If there is a BBQ on the property we manage and refill gas bottles. We also ensure wood and kindling is stocked if there is a fire.
